PLEASE READ:
- Book your own appointments here on our online booking site. If you’ve never logged in before, you’ll need to create a username and password.
- If this appointment is for a family member, please do not book it in your name. Create a profile for family members when you create your profile or in your Account Page; click on the Family Members tab. (Note: only first and last name are mandatory). Then you can book appointments in their name. When you book an appointment for a family member, you will see their pending intake form after booking the visit as well as in the Intake Forms area on your Account Page. You can also fill out their intake form from your profile by clicking the Fill Out Intake Form button.
- All appointments are fee-for-service, and are done online via Video Conference or by telephone appointment.
- Some services may be covered by your extended insurance provider.
- Intake forms and consent forms must be completed prior to your appointments. Please also see our booking policy.
- Some practitioners are licensed in their own province (unless otherwise stated in their bio). Please ensure that you are located in the same province/territory as the practitioner with whom you are speaking, where applicable (eg. if you are seeing a Nurse Practitioner).
- If you don’t see availability for the practitioner with whom you’d like to book, please contact us and we will be happy to help set up an appointment.
- Note that times are Eastern Standard Time. EST.
- Our online booking site has robust security and encryption controls in place to protect patient data that complies with Canada’s PIPEDA Privacy Laws, in addition to Standard Codes of Practice. Please also see our privacy policy.

Mediation - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
We are offering mediation services in the following fields: Contract dispute, Landlord/Tenant, Family/Divorce, Employment contracts.
Telehealth - Nurse Practitioner
Our Nurse Practitioners are able to provide independent healthcare services, such as diagnosing complex health problems and prescribing medicine. They can diagnose and treat dozens of conditions. They can also write various notes/letters, including referrals to specialists. (Please note that there may be an additional fee of $20/page for notes, forms and letters). Ask the same questions you’d ask in a doctor’s office, but online. Our Nurse Practitioners can offer a full medical assessment, including full psychological evaluations, as required. Note that our Nurse Practitioners who reside in Ontario (Karina and Jen) can order tests and blood work only to those residing in Ontario. For those outside of Ontario: they can prescribe and provide care to people in Alberta, NS, Quebec, NFLD and Labrador but cannot order tests and blood work if you are residing in those provinces. Our Nurse Practitioner residing in Alberta (Adrienne) only offers care to patients residing in Alberta (this includes ordering tests, bloodwork, prescribing and providing care).

Telehealth - Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
Consult with a trained Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, who can assess your situation and assist with general or straightforward health conditions or situations, share knowledge about health and lifestyle changes as well as offer tools and techniques to help support your mental health. They can provide counselling and education to patients in areas such as:
• New mom
• Pregnancy planning
• Breastfeeding support
• Palliative care
• Home recovery
• Mental Health
• Paediatric care
Our Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses are certified with the various colleges of nursing across Canada. While each nurse has his/her own specialties, Registered Nurses are not allowed to prescribe any medication, diagnostic testing or write referrals. (They can write certain types of letters as long as a diagnosis or prescription is not required). If you require a prescription for medication, or a diagnostic note or letter, please book a consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners (see Nurse Practitioners above). These are fee for service consultations.

Nursing - Covid testing for travel and/or work
Are you looking for a COVID test for travel or work? Book an appointment with one of our nurses for a supervised covid test, and get results within 20 minutes.
Nursing - In home services
You can now book nurses to come to your home for in home care.
Mental Health
Your mental health is important. We are here to help you. Our experienced Practitioners include Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Therapists, Counsellors, and Coaches. They are trained in many aspects of mental health, wellbeing and various addictions. Please read the individual Practitioner bio for details on what they offer, and to see which practitioner would be the perfect match for your needs.
